YVONNE MORIEL
Saxophonist and composer Yvonne Moriel is currently based in Vienna and certainly plays at the forefront of Austria’s creative young music scene, in 2024 she also received the Austrian Jazz Award. Her music is rooted in improvised and contemporary music, combined with a creative curiousity and openness to different influences. She is continuing to build a name in the international jazz scene through her fresh approach to music and her distinctive artistic voice, as well as exciting collaborations and projects.
