YVONNE MORIEL
Jazz saxophonist and composer Yvonne Moriel is currently based in Vienna and certainly plays at the forefront of Austria’s creative young jazz scene. In 2022 she founded her project sweetlife4 where she fuses Jazz with Dub and Electronic. The band immediately managed to catch quite some attention. She is also part of Christian Muthspiel’s Orjazztra and playing with internationally successful bands like Shake Stew or renowned Swiss Jazz Orchestra. In 2024 she received the Austrian Jazz Award for Best Newcomer.
